Please let me start this thread by giving a glimpse about what I do for a living. I sell smartphone accessories online (i.e: cases, screen protectors, cables...etc).
I am doing this as a full-time job, the money I am making is kinda o.k and is helping me paying my bills.
I am contemplating growing my business by taking a loan, but I am a little bit in doubt about the whole future of my niche.
I have fears that in the future (5-10 years) smartphones won't need cases or screen protectors as the technology of unbreakable/unscratchable displays is evolving.
Wireless charging technology might also make cables obsolete.
What do you think about the niche of smartphone accessories as a whole? Do you think it will cease to exist in 10-15 years?
