The only way, really, is to charge until the battery voltage stops going up, then set a system file, which you have to rooted to do, to 100%. All these "charge to 100%, discharge to 0, charge to 100%" things have nothing to do with battery setting calibration.

I've never seen a phone very far miscalibrated, so I'd just accept what the phone says. (The calibration curve is only approximate anyway - we don't measure the State of Charge, we measure the battery voltage, which sort of indicates the state of charge, but it also depends on the load on the battery, so it's not accurate. Measuring it accurately would require a chemical test, which would destroy the battery.)
