Sideloading

Is it just me or is sideloading blocked. Tried to install the Amazon App store and it would not let me. Any way (other then rooting) around this?

Any App recommendations of the "not for tablet" apps that work well? Thanks for helping a noob out.

I just went to the amazon site from the browser and installed the app store.no sideloading needed
Are you running 3.01 or did you update to 3.1??? Iinstalled it on 3.01

check setting allow unknown sources see if tha helps

Duhhh, I am so used to being abused by AT&T I did not even check the settings. Feeling kinda stupid right now.

Don't feel stupid, who can remember each and every setting for all the many things we do and change, thanks for reminding us of that setting, that will help many people out.
