android 4.0 question

I was browsing the Acer support site and I saw something that got my attention. Its talking about a wifi patch after upgrade but it says its for android versions beginning in 4. Is this an indication of them gearing up for ICS or is the software version talking about something else.

All of Acer's pushed updates have a build code, which doesn't mean the Android version. It's only a build number, similar to how software companies assign build numbers.

I'm hoping we see an official release in the next 2 months or so. Seems other tabs are gearing up to release ICS updates sometime in Late Jan. or Feb.
