LED Notifications off after factory reset for Alcatel pixi 4(5)

I have an Alcatel Pixi 4(5) and after a factory reset the led blinking notifications stopped (for calls, texts, emails, etc.). I tried to enable them from the menu, but the option is not present in the "sound and notifications". The only available notifications are for the low battery and the battery charging.

Any help how to have them back on?

Welcome to Android Central! Is it under Settings>Device>Notification Light? If not, how about Settings>Accessibility?

Is there a search function in the Settings menu? If so, search for "notification light" or "notification led."

there is not in any of these two places. Searching for notification light, takes me to the "sound and notifications" section of the menu, where there is no such option.

What if you search for "LED"?

One potential workaround is to install a 3rd party app like Light Flow.

I see no results when search for LED . Thank you for the app, I'd really like to have it as before though, without third party app.
