How can i turn off the low battery LED notification on my Alcatel one touch idol 3?

When my battery drops below 15% this LED light starts pulsing on the front of my phone. I actually like this phone but I've scoured the settings, and I can't find a way to turn it off. It's very annoying especially when I don't have my charger, strains my left eye on top of that.

Maybe it's me, but I suggest keeping the battery in between 35-80%, otherwise try turning off the notification LEDs, there isn't a setting for the low battery level. Cheers.
