Security access to Android 10

I have had my Proton Email account clear on my Android 10 causing me to manually sign back in to the account. This does not occur on Gmail mail but I am wondering if this is occurring to any other Android 10 users?

I informed Proton mail and their response was it might occur during a update and when I responding back asking when was the last update the proton mail account cleared showing in my Android notification.

I think this issue occurred because of a compromise of Android 10 causing access to the account.
