Bad update

Hi. I have the LG Stylo 5 and about 3-4 weeks ago i had a small update go in and since then my phone will not call out once aweek without having to restart my phone, then my apps wont have a number on them of how many messages i have or the number will stay with nothing new, or some apps will lag or freeze up for a few seconds. What could it b.

For something happening only about once a week, that can be tricky to diagnose. I would normally suggest trying it in Safe Mode, but I understand that can be difficult to do realistically, since it would mean going without 3rd party apps for up to a week.

You might just have to back up your phone and then do a factory reset.
