Wife's Pixel 3 still on 9?

I just noticed that my wife's Pixel 3 is still on 9 (with August 1 security update), but says it is "Up to date" when I force a check.

I have a 3XL and a 3a, both of which were in the 10 beta program and both of which updated the same day 10 went into general release.

Is hers on oddity, or are there still many Pixels that haven't updated yet?

My pixel 3a got Android 10 , then last night another update like Android 10 again , not sure what the 2nd one did .

Had to hit the update button to trigger it on my wife's 3. This was just the other day.

I had to enter the beta program (a couple weeks ago) to trigger it for me (also Pixel 3). I've since RMA'd that phone (screen flash issue) and the replacement upgraded right away

Well, we are currently overseas (all month) and that may be part of the reason. Will be returning this weekend, so if it doesn't update then...
