How to disable app splash screen in Android 11?

I had installed Pingo App in my kid's Samsung Galaxy Note 10 mobile to montior and record surroundings when he is away.
I can start Pingo app from my mobile silently But after Android 11 upgrade, there is a noice screen flashes in a second and it confuses my kid when he is texting or working on his mobile.
How can i turn off this new feature in Android 11?

Thanks for the feedback but the notice is not a message. As matter of fact it is just a flash to indicate the start of Pingo App.

Oh, you mean it's the app's splash page?

Yes. It is the splash page.

It's possible the system is killing the app in the background, so that each time you open it, it has to restart fresh. Make sure it's not Battery Optimized in the system settings.

If it still happens when not Battery Optimized, then try emailing the developer and see if they're aware of this issue.

According to the developer, this startup flash with the launch of the Splach screen is a inevitable with Android 11 and it doesnot occur with older versions.
So i was looking to customize the setting of Android 11 to disable the flash accompanied with the splash screen.

If the developer can't get rid of it, then you probably won't be able to find a solution either. But let's see if anyone else has an idea ...
