Hardware problem or factory reset is the last thing I want. I would like to seek for a solution before e.g. Wifi antenna replacement and wiping all data. But I agree, the problem is in my phone, I just want to see if someone has similar problems before and get a solution.
I have many 5Ghz compatible devices in my home and they can connect to the router without any problem.
