OEM lock after updating to android 12 and UI 4.0

Hello, Do anyone have an solution for this? The long press (to enabel OEM) on the screen have disappeared after upgrading to android 12 and UI 4.0. Can´t enter the phone as it can´t download workprofile anymore..

Oem ? To unlock bootloader in developer settings?

You cant get into the device?
