"Settings/Sound/Phone ringtone/Music library" don't work after removing some system app

Hello.
I just removed some apk from system/app. And now when i want to change phone ringtone(or other ringtone) and pick custom ringtone, the Music Library button didn't work(Without any error).
I have Sony Xperia Ray.

I think you know the answer yourself.... you deleted apk with media libery picker keep in mind that applciations in Android is multifuction, apk not only contains application itself but also components that this and other applications may use. Most importently you should think before deleting system app, since some of them are really needed.

So now you have only 2 options: 1. revive apk you deleted (or fegure which one might be responcble for that), eventully reinstall Android (reset) 2. Install some custom ringtone picker (if it's possible without root), but i would not trust 3rd party on that
