HTC Sense "reset"

Hello,
I am running Android 2.3.4 on a Droid Incredible 2.
I installed the Fake iPhone 5 launcher (by The Bit Byte) to try it out. I decided I didn't like it so I uninstalled it. Now when I try to set a wallpaper with a picture from my gallery, it only uses a size that will fit the screen exactly. So when I swipe to the other "pages" on my home screen, the picture doesn't scroll like it normally does. It is just a static picture like in iOS. My fear is that there may be other things that were messed up as well that I have not noticed yet.

I was wondering if there is a way to "reset" the HTC Sense launcher in order to fix it, but without doing a factory reset. I am thinking that there might be a way to do an "update" of Android... Verizon recently pushed out a minor OTA update for my phone. What is interesting is that it retains all of my user data, etc. I was wondering if there is a way to do something like that in order to solve my problem. Any help would be greatly appretiated!

Cheers!
