After factoy reset, wifi won't enable ? HELP !!

I did a factory reset on my moms Le Pan II after it was cycling through the start up screen or just stuck there. I had trouble getting in recovery and put the clockworkmod and gingerbread alfa on my sd card, after awhile I got reset but on the Le Pain II setup screen the wifi searched but wouldn't enable, rebooted router, all household devices receiving strong signals, I left it searching over night even. In recovery I couldn't get into sdcard 2 to install gingerbread and the usb to 30 pin cable sux and can't recognize my laptop to install driver to put La Pain II andy 4. I'm pretty old but I'm still scared of my mom ! Please help ?

Reflash stock ROM in recovery.
