My wife's Evo

My 18 year old daughter, my wife and myself all have Evo 4Gs. My daughter and I are both rooted and running cm7 nightlies (Gingerbread). We're thinking about rooting and flashing cm7 on my wife's but I'm also curios what the stock Evo 2.3 is going to look like. What do you think? Have her phone have stock 2.3 or wait until she falls asleep and flash that sucker?

You're not going to see much of a UI change I don't think. The only UI changes I can think of that you'll see on Sense is the orange highlight when you're scrolling and reach the top/bottom and having a black menu when you press the menu button. I'm sure there's more small UI tweaks that you'll see but I can't think of any more.

That being said, I love CM7 so far. So I would say root it . Its not like you'll be seeing a 2.3 update for the Evo this month.
