ICS Help? (Probably Simple)

Hey, I'm new to the forum so I'm sorry if this is misplaced. Also - my native language is Japanese, so I'm sorry if my English is bad at some points during this text. I recently installed Quattrimus ICS onto my phone. Everything works great EXCEPT the Play Store! Everytime I try to install something, it does not install and just sits there. Now, I came to the conclusion that I most likely installed the wrong GAPPS file. The GAPPS link that came with the QICS link was broken so I just found a random ICS GAPPS and used it. Now I found the one I was supposed to use. Now, my question is, how do I remove GAPPS so I can put on the one I need. Thank you!

just clear dalvik and cache. flash the rom and flash gapps.
it should be fine i guess.

I can simply reflash the rom without clearing it?
