Help!! My android tablet has gone crazy!!

When i turn it on, it says too many pattern attempts and wants me to log in with my google account. When i put in my username an password an click sign in it does nothing. Ive tried the reset button on back and tried the factory reset as well and neither is working! What do i do?

Access boot options by holding VOL UP + POWER, then select factory restart.

Pleease pleeease help!!!!!!!!!!! I've tried that but there's no thing that says factory reset. What do I do? I tried every other button and it still didn't work. I'm too scared to wipe anythin out though. PLEEEASE HELP!!!!!! Please reply ASAP
