How do I recover sync data?

I sync my data to google account and then removed the google account. My all data was lost. How can I recover it?

Welcome to Android Central! You removed your Google account from your phone? If everything synced with your Google account, you should be able to add that Google account back to your device. Go to Settings>Accounts​, and tap the "Add Account" option.
