Why is my screen negative and how do I change it

my ZT 10" ipad was idle for months, then today I turned it on and everything was in negative mode like a film negative. running android 4.0.3, I went to "settings/accessibility, but there is no display or screen options available. is there a setting to change this or is it a hardware problem? I have updated most of the apps and system says " up to date" please help

Welcome to Android Central. Not sure where it might be on your device, but look for a setting for Reader mode.
