like, im not into anything dodgy or very illegal but if i was, when i get JB, will Now provide me with content on that?
is there a strictness filter like with google search or what?

Apparently someone want to use Google Now to buy drugs and look at pron! Hey, it's not my place to judge.

But seriously, if you go into Google Now, Settings, Voice... there's a setting that says "Block offensive words: Hide recognized offensive voice results". So you can definitely turn that setting off. Past that I don't know. Google Now is just the new interface for the Google Search app, so I would assume it uses whatever you default search settings are.
