Both me and my sister have the same Samsung s3 and have both updated our phones. However i have noticed that they are not the same. firstly the baseband version, kernel version and build numbers are not the same.
also in my gallery i cant delete albums, but my sister can on hers. I dont get the delete option on the top.

can anyone help mee please....

I would contact the carrier. I do know that my Motorola Electrify M is 4.1.2 while the Samsung S3 is 4.1.1 with US Cellular.

Sounds like different carrier versions...
