Rooted Verizon s4 but want samsung rom

I rooted my Galaxy s4 (Verizon) so I can bring back some of the features that Verizon has restricted (most importantly the blocking feature). I like some of the Samsung apps so I don't want to install a custom ROM yet.

My question is, how do I enable some of the missing android features now that my device is rooted? Is there a way I can install the Un-restricted Samsung android software?

You could use a TouchWiz based ROM.
