Hi guys.plz help. My s4 (i9500) is with the latest firmware. But i think the last firmware update is not completely successful. How to reinstall the latest firmware without rooting ? Plz helpp

First back up anything you might want from your internal storage. SMS, downloads, pictures, launcher settings (if you use one), any apps that store data you may want, etc. Anything on the external SD card is safe. Then do a factory reset (Settings>Accounts>Backup and reset). Again, make sure you have whatever it is you want backed up backed up before you do it. Afterwards you'll go through setting up your phone again.

I'd do a Google search about doing a factory reset to get more in-depth advice, too.
