At the end of the day I enter a couple activities on S health on my samsung galaxy s4 and then once I finished typing my second activity, I clicked done and it says "The time overlaps with an activity you already entered."

Try not overlapping the times. Also, if you post this in the galaxy s4 forums some my know the answer.
