Titanium Backup Not Restoring

Hey guys. I have an unlocked and rooted ATT HTC One. I am running CM 10.1. I recently flashed a CM 10.2 nightly and when I tried restoring my apps through Titanium backup, it would not restore. It just stayed at 0%. Do I need to wait longer than 5-10 mins for it to start restoring? Also my pro key for titanium backup would not download from the google play store. I flashed with the new 4.3 gapps and full system wipe before. I really just want to upgrade to 10.2 but I dont want to start over with all my apps.

Same here, waiting for new updates ...

From TB, Menu > Preferences > Backup folder Location > DETECT > Whole device

then change "/storage/emulated/0/TitaniumBackup" to "/storage/emulated/legacy/TitaniumBackup"

and select OK when prompted to move the files, after that's done, try your restore!!

I tried your method and does not work. I've deleted a system component and cannot restore
