Performed OTA update on Samsung Galaxy S4 this morning. BT and WiFi not working

I performed an OTA update this morning and now neither my Bluetooth or WiFi turn on.
They are a light green as if trying to turn on.

I have tried the following;
Restart
Power Off then On
Remove Battery and re-insert whilst Off
Remove Battery and re-insert whilst On
Factory Reset

Kernel Version 3.4.0-1029328

have you tried connecting to the pc?? with samsung kies?

Yes I have.
I have also now rooted the phone with the same result.
It just seems as if the WiFi/BT module has had a meltdown.

Hmm have you tried ringin your carrier m8 see if they can help?
