no wifi after 4.3

I updated to 4.3 on my HTC one last night, and now im having issues where wifi dosnt work. It keeps saying disconnected, and when i try to re enter it says cannot connect. I also cant turn wifi off by just hitting the switch in settings, it goes desaturated like its loading, but then pops back normal. The only way to turn it off is going into airplane mode, but that dosnt do anything anyway.

Sounds like a software issue from the new release. maybe call up HTC? Also, could you try a factory reset?

Same issue here. Have to turn off the Wifi monitoring features and then will work
