Want to Change S4 Firmware!!!

Hello,

I have Samsung S4 i9505 PDA:I9505XXUBMGA, CSC: I9505OJVBMGA. I have waited for a long to get update 4.3 for my S4 and still there is no news about it.
So I want to change my firmware to other country like SWEDEN or whatever is the best!
Can someone please help me out how to change firmware?

Thank you for your reply. I did visited and found out that United Arab Emirates (XSS) - XSS Pending Pending.. So i want to change firmware of my S4 9505.So that i can get 4.3 instead of 4.2.2.
Can you help me out how to Change my firmware?

I don't think you"re supposed to flash a firmware that isn"t for your specific device as it can brick it.
You can however, flash a 4.3 ROM. There's a lot for the 9505
