my s4 makes no noise whatsoever help me

I love my phone but it's starting to drive me crazy, ok so it started out playing all my songs in super slow mo about a week ago, so I deleted all of them bought a memory card it didn't help and now today I have no sound from the alarm the keypad nothing and it won't play any videos please someone help me

Now it's even worse I can't even make or receive calls it won't let me answer my phone. But texting and Internet are fine. I am pretty fed up!

I have Sprint and tep. Whenever stuff like that happens i just take it to a Sprint store and they either fix it or order you another one.

Ash you may have to factory reset your device hun ano you may not want to but it sound like your software maybe abit dogey give thata go and see if it works let me know if you want to inbox me on here and i will try my best to help
