Sony Xperia Z Jelly Bean Google Play problem

Hi everyone,

I have an Sony Xperia Z, C6616. I had few problem with my first model, so I went to change it. Now I have the same model, but Google play doesn't want to see this new model. It only remember the old one (last connected Nov 30th), which mean it doesn't synchronise the apps I download. Please help me, you're my last hope of maybe starting to like Android before this phone finish is life in the lake.
