Help with tablet

I've got a tablet ,,Sanei N90" as it's written on the box, it was good at first but then i realised it lags extremely hard.Tried changing the android version but i bricked it and had to give it to reparation.When i got it back it had some kind of ampe start`up, even though its sanei n90, in model it`s written A90 Q , like Ampe A90Q , WTF?? Its supposed to be sanei N90, and i didn;t use it for quite a time, now after a long time i turned it on and there was no wifi button in settings, i did a factory reset, still nothing, now i have a Sanei N90 with Ampe A90Q with android 4.1.1.The first thing i'd like to know how to get the wifi button back and after that if there is any possible way to change it to another android version.

Unless there's an update for it or some custom roms you're out of luck my friend you may have bought a craplet
