How can I install Jelly Bean from pc to mobile?

hi
I have an issue with my battery charging that i mentioned in revious post with no solution for it . i thought that it may be possible to download jelly bean to pc and then install it to mobile (to get fresher defect free version ). is this possible and how

You didn't respond further in your other thread: http://forums.androidcentral.com/sa...-s3-mini-charging-icon-issue.html#post4628020. Does that mean you didn't find anything wrong with the microUSB port? If so, the port itself may be faulty, and you may have to get it replaced. Reinstalling the firmware won't do anything to help that.
