Data connection problem

I can't connect to internet via mobile data. My mobile bars are full I normally have up and down arrows and H, H+, E sings but no internet. I know that WiFi and mobile data shouldn't stay turn on in same time but my phone would turn off mobile data automatically and 8 days ago I leave mobile data and WiFi on and when I turn off WiFi and try to see something on mobile data it didn't work I was thinking nothing then but when I try to see something on mobile data next day a realised the problem and I suppose that problem is in WiFi-mobile data bug. I try my sim card on my sister's Sony Ericsson j108i and internet worked fine( so sim card is ok). WiFi works fine but mobile data not. I even tray factory reset and it didn't work.when I go on Google chrome it says err timed out. I have 1gb ram HTC desire 310 single sim. Please help me! Thanks.
