"Device memory full, some sync-related services won't work until space is freed up"

Hello, my Samsung GT-I8262 is almost filled up and as such many of its services are becoming inoperative. Uninstalling apps has not helped free up space for more than two days. Because my phone is rooted, my "File Manager" app shows me where the installer files for all the apps are kept (see screenshot).

My question is "if I move these installers to my phone's spacious 16GB memory card for safe keeping, will the installed apps be affected negatively or are these installers just being kept so that file/app-sharing apps like Xender and Flashshare can send them across to other devices? I'd like to move them to free up at least 1GB of phone memory space.

I'd also like to know what other system files I can move or delete safely to free up space. Thanks.
