hello! i am using a lenovo K50-t5. Rooted Android jelly bean 5.0. what heppening is this error comes.

i can press ok yet i cant open the service i want. And i used an application named Dataeye which have nothing to do with a VPN connection. I guess! i have tried to connect to VPN connection the same error comes. i tried to fix the problem by killing all the background application but didnt work. but i didnt rest the phone. i am keeping that one for the last resort.
