Getting everything off of my Z992?

Copied "Internal Storage" so I can root the phone. Is this all of it? Guidance sought

You can only access user directories on an unrooted phone, not protected system directories. When you say you want to get everything off, are you only talking about your own data (like photos, documents, etc.)?
