Do any of you have this emulated folder?

Does anyone else have this emulated folder under their storage? It just seems to be a duplicate of a lot of things that are on the phones internal memory. I had this issue with the note 2 but thought it was connected to rooting it. Now I have the note 3 and it's not rooted and its showing up again.

That's the normal way that Android arranges folders. I don't know much of the technical details, but I think it has to do with the multi-user profiles that can be set up. Don't delete it.
