Problems with kitkat on galaxy s2

I just updated my samsung galaxy s2 ( i9100) and i found some problems with it. The translation fails, as I have chosen it to Lithuanian, I still see a lot of options in english.
Is there any option I could fix it?

The last I knew the S2 officially stopped at version 4.1.2. Could you post a screenshot please?
