How to disable increasing ringtone volume for 4.4.2 ?

I have Moto E with Android 4.4.2 . I am facing the increasing volume problem where volume is very low when the call comes .

Wanam Xposed has a module to fix that if you're rooted.

Not rooted ...its a new phone not rooting before one year..any other way ?

can't find one. And here's why designers haven't thought this one through.When a caller dials you, he gets a ring before you get your first one and with ascending volume you can't hear until the sixth ring. If the phone is say in the kitchen while you are in living room add 4 more rings to get to the phone and the caller has hung up. The ascending ring is so as not to startle us.Thanks for making sure we had no choice and thanks for nothing motorola.
