The battery drain happening during standby is caused by 'Android OS'
A website explained that the CPU never went to sleep although the screen was off due to only partial wakelock.
It was suggested that only rooted users could download a "WakeLock Detector" for kitkat.
It is supposed to tell you which component of the Android OS causes it, like whether it is a calendar, sms etc.
Can any rooted users kindly install any wakelock detector and reveal the secret rogue component of "Android OS" for this battery drain on standby?
