kitkat 4.4.3 trashed my Nexus 7

I was prompted to upgrade my Nexus 7 to 4.4.3 and since then I have been caught in an endless reboot loop. Google support had me do a factory reset but it does not delete any data and continues to repeatedly reboot over and over again. I cant even turn it off, the thing is totally toast. I am going to keep bugging google until they fix it or I am getting an ipad. This is ridiculous.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you able to boot into Recovery Mode and either do a cache partition wipe or factory reset from there? http://forums.androidcentral.com/go...e-nexus-7-2012-2013-cache-partition-wipe.html. If you're having trouble turning it off in the first place, try holding the power button until it turns off.
