Hello,
I recently tried to Root my Samsung Galaxy S5 SMG900H (International) which failed. The phone returns the error "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & Try again."
I tried with Kies 3 first, which told me that the phone was not supported, so then I uninstalled and installed Kies. The phone never connects with Kies, and after a while returns the error: "Device not responding. To solve the issue, reboot the device." Rebooting just returns the same error.
When I open the emergency firmware recovery tool in Kies, it returns this.
