unstable Mobile data connectivity

Em using Note3 Sm9005 with kitkat.. em facing a problem of unstable connectivity of Mobile Data..
While using Mobile data .. frequently connectivity Off Then some time it again connect otherwise i have to restart My Mob to connect with ma Mob Data connectivity..
N same problem is facing with Glaxcy S5 too..
Plz any one help me to resolve this problem???

Welcome to Android Central! What wireless provider are you using? I would suspect an issue with signal strength or network integrity, assuming both of your devices are on the same plan. Discuss the issue with your wireless provider.
