Why is my Samsung Galaxy Prime lagging?

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Prime and its been a month since it is lagging.

Especially when I switch on the mobile data it lags most of the times. Or else it starts hanging after 2 days since I restart. Please help me!

Welcome to Android Central! What is the exact model name and number? There are a few different Samsung devices with "Prime" in their names.
