We use Samsung Galaxy V units for all our delivery drivers and up until now we haven't had any problems. I think something must have changed though because as of last week all our phones have started periodically restarting. I'm not sure what was installed before but they're all now on KitKat 4.4.2. I've tried a factory reset on all the devices and checked all sorts of settings to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions on how we can fix this? It's causing havoc with our business. It must be a software issue to be affecting all our phones at the same time. Thanks in advance!

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data. Follow the steps in this video, but instead of selecting Wipe Data/Factory Reset, make sure you select Wipe Cache Partition. When complete, then select Reboot System Now.

You could also try booting one of the phones into Safe Mode, which disables all 3rd party apps. If the random reboots stop, then it may be that some 3rd party app that updated is causing instability on all of the phones (since they're all identical). Steps for Safe Mode on the V are probably the same as for the S5: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10696
