Welcome to Android Central! According to the help site, the phone needs to have at least 1.5 GB of RAM -- your phone has only 1 GB:

    Try using Kies instead.

Did you install Kies 2.6 or 3? I'm not sure which version is the right one for you phone, but see if the same thing happens with the other version.

Just curious you mention odin. Are you running both programs at the same time.
Odin and smart switch/Kies don't play nice with each other and will cause issues.
Error message USB device not recognised usually is a cable or driver problem are you connected directly to a USB 2 port on your PC.

switch/kies is not running only odin i tried also plugging only one usb cord from the pc to the phone still not reading but when i plugged other android phone i can see its communication port and odin will detect it automatically for flashing and btw the battery is fully charged and phone set to odin download mode

as what methodman posted i cant access that since turning on the phone will immediately boot to recovery mode

Not sure what's happening I'm still leaning towards a cable issue even it does read other android devices. I had the same issue with a second hand s8 and the cable that came with it had to use another cable.
Is it still showing up as an error when plugging in.
Have you tried different cables(data) or even a different PC.
Try uninstalling smart switch/kies (reboot PC afterwards). Note: I'm not sure if this removes the usb drivers but it is worth while reinstalling them anyway.

Also to start with use a file explorer to see if phone is recognised ( while in normal/system mode ) as Odin can be a bit touchy in regards to it's com link.
What version of Odin are you using.
Not sure what you mean by phone rebooting into recovery when enabling developer options as generally it shouldn't happen.
Also curious as to what you want to do to your phone.

im using odin 3.2 when i turned on the phone it should be booting to main screen right but what happens is that after booting on it show the android dummy can with a no command phrase with it and after opens to recovery mode where you can reset the the phone and etc . didnt enable dev options as i said the phone will boot to recovery mode cant even go to main screen

i want to reflash the phone

    yes and nothing happens

i did was and nothing happens.
    -factory reset
    -wipe cache partition
-change cables to detect COM port on PC
-change cheap usb cables to original samsung cable from my friend
-tried different computers for detecting COM port on PC
-used samsung kies/switch/samsung usb driver on different computers uninstall>reboot>clean registry>install to change drivers

now the phone keeps stuck at galaxy core prime logo and restarts

So it's now booting to logo and restarting seems better than booting into recovery ( which it shouldn't by itself )
You could keep trying the wipe cache/dalvik and factory reset.
Have you tried removing the battery for 10 minutes or so then boot up.
Another issue that's been reported is it might be a faulty battery which will cause Stange effects. Note: even though the phone may say it is charging/charged it is not an indication of a good battery.
