Evidence of Integrated VoIP Calling

Calls work fine with the (new?) VoIP settings shown, but I don't know if it's active or just a placeholder. Any way someone knows a way I can test it? Airplane mode + WiFi leaves the dialer disabled for outgoing calls. Is there another way to disable cellular only to see if the calls are truly VoIP?

OK, went to the worst part of the house for cellular signal without WiFi on. Outgoing calls would not even complete. Turned on WiFi in the same spot and outgoing calls went through perfectly.

Receiving a call is still trouble in low signal situations, however, so it might only be partially implemented - disconnected with weak cellular signal after connected.

WiFi calling disables the mobile network all together and will say WiFi call. If you still have any signal what-so-ever you are not on a WiFi call.
