    Ever since my Note 2, I've loved the multiwindow capabilities. It is a drawback though, that people who don't root can't enjoy multiwindow to its full potential. I wonder if it's native to Lollipop OS though if all apps (or at least a number of user selectable apps, not OEM selected apps) would be possible? Anyone hear any rumors about this yet?

    There is some evidence for Google looking to implement some form of multi-window functionality into stock Android, from this Android Police post:

    An Exclusive Look At Google's Early Multi-Window Explorations For Android

    They say they aren't sure if this will ever come to 5.0 Lollipop or a later version, I for one hope it does, it looks great!

    I say no for now, in the future, maybe. They wouldn't skip over something that big in yesterday's announcement.
