With Lollipop's release do current problems get swept under the carpet?

Since the first release of Kitkat my nexus 7 has turned into a joke. To this day I have to use 3 or even 4 different browsers because none of them will perform all tasks.
The moment an issue is resolved either Android or the browser releases an update and we get trouble with something else.
If I could find one OS and one browser that just worked together, that's where my money would go, regardless of who they were.

What are you trying to do or why are you using that many browsers? I only use Chrome and haven't had an issue with any webpage.

Of course, it doesn't support Flash, but then again, no browser SHOULD anymore, and that's not an update issue, it's a state-of-things issue since Flash is no longer officially supported on Android.
